Our extensive knowledge in control panels and automation has become an essential part of the growth and versatility of Hydration Consultants. We design, construct, install and commission all possible types of control panels. All our control panels are built using industrial components for longevity which contain no printed circuit boards (PCB). This means that individual components can be replaced in time which keeps any future repairs extremely cost effective. Our controllers are also designed to have a low voltage control circuit with a minimum IP65 so they can be installed in almost all weather conditions.

PLC, Modbus, VFD, BMS and 4–20mA are all normal terms within the Hydration Consultants team when we design our control systems. We can also include customised touch screen controls, remote access systems and phone dialler / SMS systems for alerts.
