We highly recommend 3–monthly, 6–monthly or annual preventative maintenance servicing on your sewage, storm water, trade waste and grey water pumps. We can also service your irrigation pump and mains booster pumping systems, including all control equipment, variable frequency drives, PLC's and automation.

We are licensed electrical contractors which means we can perform all electrical testing and we are also highly skilled pump technicians for all other component testing, with over 20 years experience.

Once we have completed any required servicing, we will provide you with a comprehensive report outlining all the test and inspection results, along with a quote for any repairs or replacements required, if any.

Our servicing provides you with confidence and peace of mind, and includes:

• Electrical testing of all pumps to ensure the ohms, insulation and amp currents are correct
• Electrical testing and inspection of all control panel components, including testing the contactors and circuit breakers etc.
• Electrical testing of float switches, float switch mounting and alarm lights/sirens
• Electrical testing and inspection of variable speed / frequency drive units (if installed)
• Check all electrical connections for tighness and condition
• Check operation of all panel indicators
• Inspect pump rotation and sequencing
• Inspection of non-return valves, pipe work, removal chains, guide rails and fittings
• Pressure testing mechanical seals and joints
• Report (if required) of electrical readings of all pumps (and in the log book)
• Report detailing any problems found and necessary quotation to repair the problem(s)
